Though he had good earning job with his interest, he always wanted to hold his own business. So in 2000 he starts his own business called Charm City Cakes. At first, he started to sell his cakes from his house and as per demand of his cakes he increases his employees. But here is a twist, he hired his employee who were not experienced as pastry chefs but were excellent painters, sculptors, and architects. That’s why they bake three foot butter cream sculpture where a smoking volcano emerged.
In March 2008, in Guinness book of world records Duff wrote his name for baking largest cupcake weighing 61.4 pounds and a foot tall. More of all he also baked cakes for different celebrities including President Obama.
